Air

Most of our industrial and agricultural processes, transport functions and energy production systems generate gaseous emissions often of a polluting nature.
In addition to local effects including odor nuisance, health impact, crop damage and smog formation, cross boundary problems have been recognized. These encompass depletion of stratospheric ozone, acid rain and the greenhouse effect.

Public concern in air pollution is rapidly growing. Governments and industry across the world are under increasing pressure to protect their environment.

In the past, the focus has been on short-range effects of single pollutant sources that are; problems involve transferring the pollutant from one source to another source.(For example the greasy and smelly off gases from the kitchen was transferred outside the window by using the ventilation fan). But the focus now encompasses urban smog, arguably the most important air quality problem common to all our major cities.

Incorporating the technologies from our R&D partner - TNO and our own experienced engineers, CET proudly presents our BIOFILTER to provide a ONE-STEP SOLUTION for some of the more intractable environmental problems with air quality such as acid depositions from industrial sectors and organic odor from domestic waste and sewage.
