Soil

The soil that we are standing on is being contaminated everyday by the rapid accretion on industrialization , cultivation and urbanization. The contaminants come from various sources, to name few amongst all, these range from pesticides in the garden shed and fields, detergents from the laundry to highly toxic industrial chemicals from gas stations and power plants. Due to acidifying condition, the topsoil is vulnerable for leaching. As a result, the expected contaminants will reach the different levels of geo either by dry deposition or with rainfall into the layers of underground water ending up with human & eco toxicological risks.

In today's proven technologies : Bioscreen and Bioremediation can be applied to treat contaminants such as hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCH), monochlorobenzene (MCB) and benzene (B) via the addition of an electron donor, followed by aerobic degradation of the formed intermedium.
